Online Booking Policy for Auto Repair Consultation At Random Auto Repair Savings, we’re committed to protecting our clients from overpaying for car repairs and ensuring you get the best possible value. To keep our process fair, efficient, and results-driven, please review our booking policy below: Consultation Booking Fee A $100 booking consultation fee is required to secure your consultation call. During this call, our auto repair savings specialist will carefully review your repair needs, verify parts and labor costs, and identify opportunities for savings. Minimum Repair Estimate Requirement Clients must present a valid repair estimate or quote totaling at least $500 from a licensed auto repair shop. Estimates must be current (dated within the last 30 days) and itemized to ensure accurate savings analysis.

 

Refund Guarantee Your $100 booking fee is 100% refundable if we are unable to generate $200 or more in savings on your repair project. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of the consultation, using the original payment method. Non-Refundable Conditions The booking fee will not be refunded if: The client fails to provide a valid repair estimate meeting the $500 minimum. The client cancels or misses the scheduled consultation without at least 24 hours’ notice. The client chooses not to proceed with savings opportunities we identify. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation one time at no additional cost, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Our Promise We stand behind our expertise and commitment to transparency. If we can’t help you save at least $200, you don’t lose your booking fee—your money is refunded in full.
