1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://www.randomautorepairsavings.com/ (the “Site”) or booking a consultation (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service. These Terms apply to all users, including clients, visitors, and prospective customers.
 
2. Description of Service
Random: Auto Repair Savings provides a consultation service that analyzes your repair estimate to identify verified cost reductions and savings opportunities. We are a consulting service — not a mechanic or auto repair facility. We do not perform repairs and are not liable for any third-party repair work you pursue.
 
3. Booking Policy and Fees
The following policy governs all consultation bookings:
•    Consultation Booking Fee: A $100 booking fee is required to secure your consultation call.
•    Minimum Repair Estimate: Clients must submit a valid auto repair estimate of at least $500 from a licensed auto repair shop, dated within the last 30 days and itemized for accuracy.
•    Refund Guarantee: Your $100 fee is 100% refundable if we cannot generate $200 or more in documented savings. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
•    Non-Refundable Conditions: The fee is non-refundable if (1) the estimate does not meet the $500 minimum; (2) you cancel or miss the consultation without 24 hours’ notice; or (3) you choose not to proceed with the verified savings we find.
•    Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
 
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the consultation. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding auto repairs and vendor selection. We do not guarantee future repair quality or vendor performance.
 
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to secure savings, results depend on market conditions, parts availability, and third-party pricing. We make no warranty that a specific repair shop will honor any particular estimate or discount.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by Random the Brand LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random the Brand LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
 
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Random the Brand LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or Service, including any misuse of repair estimates or third-party transactions.
 
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute shall be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts of Richmond County (Staten Island), New York.
 
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
